Membership Requirements
We offer three categories of membership:
Requirements
- Minimum annual tour and cruise sales of $500,000
- Participation at one or more meetings annually by at least one agency representative
- Participation in at least one marketing direct mail piece annually
- Maintain accounting software with the capability to report supplier sales
- Maintain a computerized segmented customer database
- Gold membership - $495.00 per calendar year
- Gold Plus membership - $950.00 per calendar year, includes
membership fee and 3000 direct mail pieces with postage
- Platinum membership - $1650.00 per calendar year, includes
membership fee and 6000 direct mail pieces with postage
Requirements
- Adhere to ethical business practices
- Support the goals of the organization
- Conduct the sale of travel to the public as the primary business
- Maintain the required licenses and approvals
- Conduct the majority of business in an agency-principal
relationship with suppliers
- Cannot be owned or controlled by a supplier
